Official Release Record
Constellations & Diamonds Public Release v0.3
Public Release v0.3 is the official first public experimental release, sealed on 2 September 2026. It contains twenty-two synchronized files: nineteen canonical text sources and three PDF reading editions. The package was internally audited for document integrity. Those checks do not establish clinical safety, behavioral reliability, accessibility conformance, or independent validation.
